Aurea Technologies Inc. (“we”/”us”/”our”) offers a limited one-year warranty for the Product (as defined below) from the point of shipment if the Product is defective. The Product is considered defective if it is not working correctly for any reason other than (a) normal wear and tear of the Product; (b) accidental damage of the Product; (c) you have used the Product in a manner that does not comply with the Product’s Shine Quick Start Guide; (d) where you have made any adjustment, modification, alteration or repair that is not authorized by us; and (e) you have misused, abused or neglected the Product. We reserve the right to decide at our discretion whether a Product is defective. For clarity, if we determine that the Product is defective within one year from the point of shipment you will receive a replacement Product.
WHAT IS COVERED
The Shine Turbine has many components. All components of the Shine Turbine other than the rotor blades and blade hinges (the “Product”) are covered by this warranty.
WHO IS COVERED?
Our limited one-year warranty for the Product is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product. An original or copy of a sales receipt is required as proof of purchase to seek coverage for the Product under this warranty.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Warranty claims must be made directly to us. All Products must be returned within one year from the point of shipment of the Product. To make a warranty claim, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we do not reimburse you for shipping the Product.
Ensuring your satisfaction is important to Aurea Technologies Inc. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from
shineturbine.com, you can notify Aurea Technologies Inc. and request a refund of your purchase within 30 days of your order being shipped.
To qualify for a refund, your purchase must be returned to Aurea Technologies Inc. at your own cost, unused, in its original packaging, and must not be in a damaged or defective state when received by Aurea Technologies Inc.
We are currently only accepting orders from Canada and the United States. Due to high demand, orders will ship up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number.
Shine is shipped through FedEx Ground or Express for North American deliveries. For domestic orders in Canada, please allow 2-5 business days once you receive your email with your FedEx tracking number. For orders to the United States, please allow up to 12 business days after the tracking number has been emailed. Customers outside of Canada who place orders above $800 USD are responsible for payment of all duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the customs authority.
